Fix brand color regression from making the logo a link
Turning <div class="brand"> into <a class="brand"> (for the topbar
refactor) let the global 'a { color: var(--accent-hover) }' rule
override the "Link" text, tinting it purple instead of the intended
near-white body text color. Set color explicitly on .brand so only
the "Vault" span keeps the accent color.
