chore: .env ignorieren, Konfiguration und Verlauf nachziehen

- .gitignore: .env aufgenommen, damit lokale Zugangsdaten (OpenAI,
  Brandfetch) nicht versehentlich versioniert werden
- config.json: Screen 'videosysteme' an Standort Karlsruhe, dazu eine
  Zeitsteuerung am Priority-Eintrag (Mo 08:00-09:00)
- history.json: zugehoerige Verlaufseintraege

Reine Laufzeit- und Konfigurationsdaten, keine Codeaenderung.
